I had the same problem. My dryer was out of order for weeks and was not fixed until I moved out. Convenient. Very unprofessional business. I recommend premier or remaxx, they are far more competent.

They take a long time responding to requests. Even though the apartment where we stayed was brand new, the property management was never concerned with our needs. SOme one over the phone even replied "if you want to make a big deal..." when we called to tell them that there was still ants on our bedroom after they "courtesy" fumigated!!!
