poor customer service

Based on their website, it sounds like they have a knowledgeable staff of stylists. However, when I arrived, I waited 30 minutes before I was seen and it was not even with the stylist that I had made the appointment with. When asking about which style would better suit my facial structure, the person replied, "They're three different cuts." and that's it. The wash, without conditioner, and cut did not fare well. I left with my hair looking like I had just left the beach because he didn't bother. I left sobbing and leaving with enough hair so I could get it fixed.
